League Details

NEW FOR 2019: We've partnered with ForeKicks in Marlborough to offer adult men's flag football leagues!

  • 7v7 with two 25-minute halves
  • Field size: 70 yds x 70 yds
  • Top 4 teams make the playoffs​​
  • No roster revisions after the fourth game
  • Teams must supply their own game ball
  • Players may wear either molded cleats, turf or flat shoes (no screw in cleats allowed)​
  • Full league rules will be provided to Captains after registration
  • Teams must have numbered uniforms. Teams can provide their own or purchase Boondock Sports shirts for a fee of $14/shirt
